[.... Sigh.]

Fine. I guess we'll use mine.

[Because what uncultured heathen doesn't grab a a bag of survival gear including basic lighting aid when launching off into an expedition? The fact that he has to waste his own supplies for this though...]

Here. Catch.

[Unzipping his bag he unhooked a stick that was latched onto the bottom, tossing it casually over Ocelot.]

Lights going to be scarce the deeper we explore and I'd rather not fall down any sudden unexpected drops.
smithandwesson: (... Hey. You're the one that kept callin)

Oh whoops this got lost in my inbox! So sorry for the late reply!

[Oh boy. He's going to have to deal with this through their entire exploration isn't he?]

I'm much rather not feel myself fall down a sudden underground cliff-side should we come upon one.

[And with that he unhooked yet another torch from his bag, the prepared little survivalist he was. Reaching into the mysteriously deep pockets of his robes he then pulled out his lighter and began to catch the stick aflame.]

Last thing we need to do is get our asses lost in this place when we have a group of refugees we should be looking after just outside.

[Now with a fully lit torch does he walk up to Ocelot, passing his lighter off to him.]

Use it. And give it back immediately after you're done.

And some people like to use what resources they can when they have them in hopes that it would make their life a little more efficient.

But if you want to do this like a fucking caveman be my guest.

[Oh. Sassy.

Sanzo None the less he seems content when Ocelot takes the torch. Moving on ahead with a bit of a swagger in his step as he gazed around the cave with interest.

Although as much as I may be fretting over falling, it seems this area is man-made.

[At least for now it certainly is.]

They probably used this for dragon worship or something of the sort a few hundred years ago. Bet we'll find more corpses of sacrifices or something the further we go in.

[Really? Another bet?]
